1948 Born in Tokyo.
1974 Completes graduate work in oil painting at Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music.
1979 Begins to exhibit works in Shunyokai exhibitions.
1983 Exhibits in Central Oil Painting Grand Prize Exhibition (and four times until 1989).
1984 Receives New Artist Prize from Shunyokai association.
1986 Granted membership in Shunyokai.
Exhibits in Yasui Prize Exhibition (and again in 1988, 1990, 1991, and 1992).
1987 Receives Shunyokai Prize.
Exhibits in Modern Figurative Arts Exhibition.
1988 Exhibits in Japan Young Artists Exhibition.
1989 Receives Special Encouragement Prize at All-Japan Open Exhibition in Kanagawa Prefecture.
1991 Receives award of merit at Central Oil Painting Grand Prize Exhibition.
1993 Holds private exhibition at Hopper House Art Center in New York.
1995 Holds exhibition, along with two other artists, at Ginza Matsuya in Tokyo.
1996 Holds private exhibition at Zexel Zoom Gallery.
Receives Yasui Prize.
Currently member of Shunyokai.
Currently lecturer at Aoyama Gakuin Women's Junior College, and Women's Junior College of Fine Art.
